An active Illinois Unlimited Roofing Contractor license issued by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. We verify directly with IDFPR — not just on your word.

Full Insurance Coverage
General liability and workers' compensation insurance, both active. We confirm coverage with the issuing insurer directly, not just request a certificate. Coverage must be maintained throughout the partnership.

Clean Business Record
No unresolved BBB complaints, no significant complaint history with the IL Attorney General's office. We review the record — if there are issues, we discuss them before making a decision.
